This allows us to be able to accurately assess your needs and offer the most effective solutions to your staffing shortages.

We currently focus on 4 key areas of recruitment on both a temporary and permanent basis, though we are able to offer assistance in any fields that meet your requirements.

Before offering you staffing, our consultants will work with you to ensure that they have a thorough and in-depth knowledge of your service and the needs that you have. This allows us to find the right people for you, first time, and also to give our temporary staff and candidates an accurate indication of the environment they will be working in.

Every requirement and every service is different, and this is something that is at the heart of our business. For this reason, there is no standard model of what we will do in any given situation, it is all worked out on an individual and personal level. Set out below are the 4 key areas that we work in, along with an indication of what we look for in our temporary staff. These are meant as a guideline only, as we will tailor to each individual.  For permanent staffing, we will work out the precise details on an individual basis.

We are currently working with a training provider to be able to offer free NVQ training in Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s services to temporary staff who meet the requirements of the provider.


Children's Residential Support Work

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with children and young people
  • Full 5-year reference history
  • All basic training checked
  • Fully enhanced DBS check registered online, or new check completed
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 preferred

Adults Care

  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience working in Adult’s Care and support
  • Full 5-year reference history
  • Fully enhanced DBS check registered online, or new check completed
  • All basic training checked
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 preferred

If your Home is specialising in working with young people with particular needs and requirements, please let us know what specific training you would like your temporary staff to have.

Nursing

  • Preceptorship completed
  • Full 5-year reference history
  • Fully enhanced DBS check registered online, or new check completed
  • NMC PIN checked
  • All relevant training certificates obtained and checked

Pharmacy

  • Minimum of 2 professional references taken
  • DBS check
  • GPHC number checked
  • Professional indemnity insurance checked
  • MUR, NMS and Repeat Dispensing certificates checked

As well as pharmacists, we are also able to supply dispensing technicians and drivers.
