We are currently recruiting for a Apprentice Recruitment and Payroll Administrator to work in our head office in Nottingham. You will be required to be hands on, proactive and tenacious in your day to day activities. As an Recruitment and Payroll Administrator no two days will ever be the same; you will managing a workload that involves recruitment, payroll, Interviews, Shifts and pre-employment checks for new starters.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Operating within a hands on HR function as point of contact for all staff in regards to HR matters and requests.
Carry out recruitment; placing job adverts, booking and assisting with interviews, liaising with managers
Lead on the on-boarding of new employees & assisting with induction
Ensuring that all HR records & admin is up to date
Ensure everyone is adhering to company policy and corporate principles& practices
Inbound and Outbound sales calls
Managing Generic Mail box
Job specific Skills and Experience/ Qualifications:
Strong decision making skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent administrative and communication skills
Fantastic organisational skills and attention to detail
Great IT skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of the healthcare sector would be an advantage
